River Thames Cruise
With your 24 or 48 hour London bus tour you can also enjoy a boat cruise along the River Thames, operated by our partners, City Cruises.
The river cruise offers a fantastic opportunity to see the city from a different angle, and includes live commentary. Top London attractions lining the Thames include Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, Shakespeare’s Globe and the Tate Modern.
With the 24 hour Big Bus ticket, you can travel one way along the Thames between Westminster Pier and the Tower of London.
With the 48 hour bus tour ticket, you can enjoy return travel to Greenwich, where you can explore the National Maritime Museum and the Greenwich Royal Observatory.
Departure times vary for the river cruise, but tours are approximately every 20 minutes in summertime, and every 30-40 minutes in winter.

Our free London walking tours are led by friendly Big Bus tour guides, who will take you on a relaxed walking tour of the city that will give you the opportunity to learn more about specific parts of London’s history. With your Big Bus tour ticket, you’re free to join us on as many London walking tours as you like.
Royal London: 10.20am
Learn about the history of St James’ Palace and Buckingham Palace. This tour will put in you a prime position for witnessing the Changing the Guard ceremony.
Harry Potter: 2.00pm
This walk reveals film locations from the Harry Potter movies in London’s West End and Whitehall. It also takes you to the Palace Theatre, where the new play “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” is showing. A must for Harry Potter fans.
London Rocks: 5.00pm
London rocks - inspiring and influencing the world of music. This walk isn't just about music though. You will learn how theatre, film, food and fashion all make their mark in London.
The walking tours last approximately 1½ - 2 hours and leave from Trafalgar Square; Big Bus stop 10.
